Meta advertising and measurement

We use the Meta Pixel, advanced matching, and Conversions API through Shopify’s Facebook & Instagram channel to measure store activity and advertising performance and support relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Depending on your interactions and applicable privacy choices, information shared with Meta may include your name, email address, phone number, location, device and browser information, and browsing, cart, checkout, and purchase activity. Advanced matching helps match customer information with Meta accounts.

The Pixel uses browser-based technology, while Conversions API can send event information directly between Shopify and Meta servers. A browser ad blocker alone may not prevent server-to-server sharing.
